Webzeto is a fast-growing web development agency specializing in WordPress and Laravel solutions for SEO agencies, marketing teams, and SaaS founders across the US. We're on the lookout for a Business Development / Growth Specialist who's excited to own outbound growth channels, scale new opportunities, and build lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do- Run cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Build and manage targeted lead lists
- Craft engaging hooks & messaging to book qualified calls
- Identify and pitch high-fit opportunities on Upwork
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis
- Nurture strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitches
- Keep our pipeline/CRM organized and effective
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus)
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth (preferably in tech/agency environment)
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative, scrappy, and passionate about driving growth
