Overview

Webzeto is a fast-growing web development agency specializing in WordPress and Laravel solutions for SEO agencies, marketing teams, and SaaS founders across the US. We're on the lookout for a Business Development / Growth Specialist who's excited to own outbound growth channels, scale new opportunities, and build lasting client partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Run cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Build and manage targeted lead lists
  • Craft engaging hooks & messaging to book qualified calls
  • Identify and pitch high-fit opportunities on Upwork
  • Conduct market research & competitive analysis
  • Nurture strong, long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitches
  • Keep our pipeline/CRM organized and effective
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus)
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth (preferably in tech/agency environment)
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative, scrappy, and passionate about driving growth
