Role Description

This is a full-time remote Business Development Specialist role. The Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, lead closing, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing our expertise in development and design.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to scope projects, align deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for project wins, revenue, and client retention.
  • LinkedIn Mastery - Sales Navigator mastery

Qualifications, Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Professional, specifically on Upwork.
  • Strong understanding of software development (e.g., frontend/backend, mobile apps, SaaS) and design (UI/UX, graphic design) services.
  • Excellent proposal-writing skills with a track record of winning projects on Upwork.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator system, client reviews, and platform algorithms.
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into client-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom).
  • Experience in Lead Generation.
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities.
  • Strong Communication, Negational and Customer Service skills.
  • 1+ year of experience in business development
  • Must be located in Pakistan
