Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of software development, AI, and cloud solutions is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
