About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist with expertise across multiple SAP modules, particularly focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Cost Accounting (CO) in combination with any of the following modules: SD, MM, PP, PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO modules, S/4HANA implementations, project management, and familiarity with ABAP and SAP Basis, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of successful implementations and project management.

Your impactful Goals will include:

  1. Provide expert-level support and guidance on SAP modules FI and CO along with any of the other listed modules.
  2. Analyze existing financial processes and systems.
  3. Configure and customize existing system with SAP FICO module in S/4HANA.
  4. Manage data migration and integration tasks.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and validation of the new system.
  6. Provide training and support to users.
  7. Lead and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget & scope.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions.
  9. Configure, customize, and implement SAP FICO modules according to business needs.
  10. Lead SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  11. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
  13. Stay updated on latest SAP developments and best practices, continuously enhancing expertise in relevant modules.
  14. Collaborate with ABAP and BASIS teams to optimize system performance and integration.

Functional Skills Requirement:

  1. Minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing FI/CO module.
  2. In-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA in addition to FI/CO modules.
  3. Familiarity with SD, MM, PP, PM, WM, and HCM modules.
  4. Proficiency in ABAP and BASIS will be a significant advantage.
  5. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  7. Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementation projects from conception to completion.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  10. Certification in relevant SAP modules is preferred.
