Experience of conducting QA Internal and External Audits for JCI Accreditation and ISO Certification for hospitals. CPHQ or Certified Quality Practitioner with Lead Auditor Course in ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 OHSA. Additional patient safety or quality improvement qualification preferable.
