Sr/Lead DevOps Security Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr/Lead DevOps Security Engineer to enhance the security and resilience of our infrastructure and development pipeline.

This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation. They will develop and enforce security controls within CI/CD pipelines to ensure code integrity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with infrastructure provisioning and automation tools such as Docker, Ansible, and Puppet. They should also be proficient in scripting languages like Python or Bash and have a strong understanding of IAM, secrets management, and encryption standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular vulnerability assessments, secure configuration reviews, and incident response activities. Additionally, they will develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

In this role, you will work closely with developers to apply DevSecOps best practices, including secure coding standards and identity management. You will also implement secrets management, secure key management, and user access policies to protect sensitive information.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in DevOps with a strong background in cloud security and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in implementing security solutions in cloud environments.
  • Experience with infrastructure provisioning and automation tools (e.g., Docker, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, secrets management, and encryption standards.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps with a strong background in cloud security and automation.
