Responsibilities
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Fortinet Firewalls (policy rules, VPNs, security profiles).
  • Manage and troubleshoot Mikrotik routers (routing, NAT, firewall rules, bandwidth management).
  • Support and configure Cisco Switches (VLANs, trunking, STP, port security).
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Asterisk VoIP systems (SIP trunks, call routing, IVR, extensions, QoS for voice traffic).
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
  • Assist with security hardening, patching, and backup of configurations.
  • Document all changes, configurations, and incidents for future reference.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Networking (or equivalent).
  • Preferred Certifications: Fortinet NSE, Mikrotik MTCNA, Cisco CCNA, Asterisk/VoIP certifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn advanced configurations.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in relevant field.
Job Specifications
  • Fortinet: Firewall policies, IPsec/SSL VPN, web filtering, application control.
  • Mikrotik: RouterOS, Hotspot, queues, firewall & NAT, PPPoE servers.
  • Cisco Switching: VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, port security, EtherChannel.
  • Asterisk VoIP: FreePBX, SIP/IAX configuration, IVR, voicemail, call queues, SIP trunk integration.
  • Protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP (basic), DHCP, DNS.
  • Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, PRTG.
