Job Overview: The General Manager oversees all operations at Pixel Stitch, supporting its mission to empower female artisans across Pakistan. This role is responsible for curating cross-stitch designs, managing materials, handling customer interactions, marketing, organizing pop-up events, maintaining financial records, and ensuring a smooth workflow from product creation to sales. They work directly with artisans, monitor inventory, and lead experimentation with new products to help Pixel Stitch grow.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design Curation & Artisans Liaison: Select and prepare cross-stitch designs for production, create material packets (thread, fabric, etc.), distribute and collect completed work from artisans, and communicate production guidelines to artisans.

● Inventory Management: Track and restock materials (threads, fabric, shirts), finished products, and any other required inventory by coordinating with suppliers as needed.

● Customer Relations: Respond to customer inquiries, take orders, assist with custom designs, and oversee product framing and delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.

● Pop-Up Events: Scout and register for popular events, prepare inventory for sales, set up the booth, engage with customers at events, and handle pack-up.

● Product Development & Experimentation: Develop new designs and product ideas, evaluate business needs, and innovate product offerings.

● Financial Management: Maintain financial records, track sales, expenses, and inventory costs to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning.

● Marketing Support: Creating visual needs, including designing banners, cards, and assisting with website design.

● Problem Solving: Tackle any issues that arise, ensuring the seamless functioning of Pixel Stitch.

Skills & Qualifications

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Familiarity with inventory, financial tracking, and basic business operations

● Creative problem-solving and ability to work independently Additional Support in, Creating and executing Pixel Stitch's marketing strategy to promote its mission and increase sales. This includes setting monthly goals, planning content, capturing visuals, managing social media channels, and utilizing editing software to enhance digital content.

Responsibilities:

● GoalSetting & Strategy: Set monthly marketing goals and develop a content strategy aligned with business objectives.

● Content Creation: Capture and edit photos and videos for both marketing materials and the website, focusing on highlighting artisan stories and product details.

● Social Media Management: Post 3-4 times weekly on Instagram, update stories, maintain highlights, and engage with followers by responding to DMs and comments.

● Pop-UpEvents: Attend events, assist with setup, and help engage customers.

● BrandEngagement: Regularly interact with customers online and at events to foster brand loyalty and awareness.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite) for visual content creation

● Strong communication and social media skills, especially on Instagram

● Creative eye for visual content and experience with photography/videography

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
