A leading engineering company is seeking a skilled professional to join its team of MEP engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and estimating for MEP projects, with a strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works.
  • Prepare design layouts, schematic drawings, and technical submittals for tender and project purposes.
  • Analyze and compare vendor quotations and material submittals to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather relevant data for costing.
  • Participate in value engineering, budget planning, and project scheduling support.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and technical documentation for tenders.
  • Provide post-tender clarifications and technical support to the sales and execution teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP design and estimation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and project estimation principles.
  • Good analytical and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Must be based in Lahore or willing to relocate.
