We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer – Execution to oversee and manage the electrical execution works of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical systems, combined with working knowledge of overall MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works, capable of ensuring site execution meets design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of electrical works on-site including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, earthing, ELV systems, and panel installations.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and ensure accurate execution on site.
  • Assist in the planning and sequencing of electrical and overall MEP activities to avoid conflicts and delays.
  • Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and other site engineers to resolve design or execution issues.
  • Monitor material consumption and verify availability as per BOQ and approved shop drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, authority regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update management accordingly.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
  • Participate in internal and external inspections and ensure timely closure of NCRs and snags.
  • Handle coordination of electrical works with mechanical and plumbing disciplines for smooth MEP integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • DAE or BS in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in execution of electrical works for high-rise buildings.
  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, standards, and execution practices.
  • Knowledge of overall MEP systems and interdependencies in construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software.
