Department: Kitchen & Culinary Operations
Detailed Work Profile: Lead all kitchen operations for Crave the Caterers and Sweet Affairs, with a strong focus on Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines. Drive menu development, introduce innovative new dishes, and design live cooking stations for outdoor and high-end catering events. Oversee recipe creation, buffet and à la carte execution, and premium food presentation. Manage and train kitchen staff, ensure hygiene standards, coordinate with procurement for premium ingredients, conduct tastings, and maintain consistency in flavor and presentation across all events.
Location of Posting: Lahore, Pakistan – Crave the Caterers & Sweet Affairs kitchens
Experience Required: Minimum 7–10 years in catering, restaurant, or hotel kitchens with proven expertise in Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak cuisines, buffet presentation, and outdoor catering.

Education Profile
Graduation: Culinary Arts degree or diploma from a recognized institute
Post-Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory (Hospitality or Kitchen Management)
Special Course: HACCP certification, advanced buffet and banqueting training, Pan-Asian and Indo-Pak culinary specialization courses.
Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent taste palate, innovative with flavor pairing and live stations. Strong verbal and written communication in English; ability to train and mentor team
