We are seeking experienced professionals for the 'Field Sales Officer - Classified Sales' position based in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for career advancement in the real estate landscape of Pakistan. The potential candidate will be assigned a specific territory to manage and grow their respective portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for revenue achievement, business development, churn optimization, portfolio engagement, and relationship management. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to account management, and a proven track record of achieving revenue ambitions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate agencies portfolio in assigned area/region.
  • Conduct daily field visits, demonstrating products and services to secure impactful deals.
  • Achieve revenue growth as per the regional business plan.
  • Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage tasks and track KPIs within the CRM tool for the assigned portfolio.
  • Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Handle client queries and issues, taking ownership and following up for immediate resolution.
  • Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This is a field-based role, requiring travel to client meetings within the assigned area.
  • Regular working hours, with need-based evening or weekend work as required.
