Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients.
  3. Experience in generating business through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  5. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales and business development within the website design and development industry.
  3. Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies.
  4. Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales deals.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
