Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients.
- Experience in generating business through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales and business development within the website design and development industry.
- Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
