MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and verify MEP BOQs (Bills of Quantities) before tender processes.
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
  • Carry out project cost estimation specific to MEP disciplines.
  • Review and verify technical specifications of MEP works against design drawings and standards.
  • Evaluate and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), ensuring compliance with approved MEP drawings and site progress.
  • Conduct onsite inspections to validate completed works and report discrepancies.
  • Provide recommendations for cost optimization and value engineering in MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure all MEP works are in line with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Qualification and Experience
  • DAE / B-Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying with large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects
