About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tendering Manager to lead all tender-related functions within our Lahore operations. Reporting to headquarters in Saudi Arabia, the successful candidate will drive end-to-end bid processes and ensure compliance with company and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead preparation of tender documentation, proposals, and submissions
  • Manage pre-qualification, vendor registration, and compliance statements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders—finance, technical teams, operations—for technical and commercial bid inputs
  • Execute cost estimation, quantity surveying, and cost planning activities in alignment with tender requirements
  • Analyze contract terms, manage bid clarifications, and address tender queries
  • Ensure adherence to procurement timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform risk assessment and recommend mitigation strategies for tenders
  • Maintain a vendor database and ensure timely renewals and updates
  • Continuously refine tendering processes and drive best practices within the function
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a closely related field
  • 5–10 years' experience in tender management roles—includes compliance, pre-qualification, vendor onboarding, bid preparation, and contract documentation
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, quantity surveying principles, and tender lifecycle
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using relevant tools (Excel, cost estimation software, bid management platforms)
Preferred Certifications / Training
  • Certificate in Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation (e.g., NSU Islamabad)
  • Certificate in Quantity Surveying Practice by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
  • CPD-certified Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation course (TrainingExpress/Reed)
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Estimation from recognized Pakistan-based institutes (e.g., iCollege, ICTE)

Holding one or more of these certifications will be considered a strong advantage.
