About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a solid background in the oil and gas sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of our products and services, along with excellent interpersonal and sales skills to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence. The candidate will be required to visit various industries across the country for business development and sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  2. Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  3. Present products, services, and technical capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
  4. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams.
  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor movements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related field).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role within the oil and gas industry or related sector.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
  • Experience with oilfield services, drilling equipment, or industrial automation solutions.
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
