Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the designated territory, developing sales strategies to meet targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves training and mentoring sales staff, as well as managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Territory Sales Manager will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor sales representatives
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the rural economy sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
