We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client communications, and streamline project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development or tech environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical understanding of software development processes is a plus.
