Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or Data Analyst in a healthcare technology or analytics setting.
  • Solid understanding and expertise in Datasets and Statistical calculations.
  • Advanced SQL skills with practical experience in MS SQL, ClickHouse or other columnar databases (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Experience with clinical terminologies and code sets (e.g., SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT).
  • Understanding of data interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Tableau) and workflow documentation tools (Confluence).
  • Familiarity with care coordination platforms, population health software, or risk stratification engines.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clinical, product, and analytics teams to define technical data requirements that support VBC initiatives (e.g., ACO REACH, APCM, CCM).
  • Translate regulatory and clinical program specifications into structured requirements suitable for implementation in ClickHouse.
  • Create data requirement documents, source-to-target mappings, and validation frameworks for healthcare data (e.g., CCLF, HL7, FHIR, CCDA, CPT, ICD-10).
  • Design and validate SQL (?)queries in ClickHouse to support dashboards, financial models, and population health analytics.
  • Conduct rigorous data validation and profiling to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and conformance with CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and QA to verify the proper implementation of data models and pipelines.
  • Conduct audit, compliance, and performance reviews by providing structured documentation and ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Maintain data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, and technical documentation for VBC products and reporting logic.
