Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Town 21. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving property sales while representing the brand in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Actively identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Present and promote Town 21's projects, offerings, and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and provide detailed project information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar sales role (1–3 years' experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
