The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our international sales growth. This is not just another sales job; this is a career-defining opportunity for a true sales expert. The ideal candidate will be a master of the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying and prospecting new leads to skillfully negotiating and closing high-value deals independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strategic Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct compelling product/service demonstrations and presentations, understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Confidently navigate negotiations, handle objections, and successfully close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in a direct sales role (B2B or B2C), preferably targeting international markets.
- Proven Closer: A demonstrable track record of successfully closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets. You must be able to discuss your closing achievements.
- Independent Operator: Must be self-sufficient and capable of managing the entire sales cycle without supervision.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory, with a neutral or near-native accent.
- Negotiation Skills: Masterful negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Mindset: A resilient, ambitious, and highly motivated individual with a passion for winning.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
