As a Territory Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales operations within a specific geographic territory. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the overall success of the company's sales initiatives in the designated territory.
Location: Lahore
Things you will be doing for the Business:
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Generate sales of company products in the territory through a team of sales representatives to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Provide guidance to DSFs daily, weekly & monthly in accordance with the formulated strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including Distribution Partners and Trade Partners. Provide distributors and customers with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets.

- A minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent from any accredited local or foreign institute.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
