Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of our organization, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the development of a high-performance workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
