Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR function.

This is a key role in the organization that requires a strong understanding of HR operations, performance management, and training & development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain the HR function in the office, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit and hire technical staff for various projects, including Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineers.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to improve their skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
