Human Resources Supervisor


Job Description:
  • The Human Resources Supervisor ensures all recruitment, transfers, promotions, regularizations and salary revisions align with HR policy and procedures.
  • This includes monitoring vacancy factors to ensure minimum vacancies.
  • The supervisor also processes monthly payroll accurately and on time, coordinating with regional schools and Central Office Finance Department.
  • Key responsibilities include administering benefits (leaves, EOBI, SESSI, freeship, provident fund, health and life insurance, overtime) in accordance with HR policy and procedures.
  • Another key responsibility is coordinating employee registration, data updates, deletion and claims reimbursement with health and life insurance companies.
  • The supervisor must ensure compliance with performance appraisals as per policy and procedures.
  • Audit the accurate and timely issuance of letters to staff is also a crucial task.
  • Using standardized HR formats and letters is necessary for efficient record-keeping.
  • Final settlements are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining proper record keeping and accessibility of general and employee files is vital.
  • HR-related queries for the Southern Region must be handled professionally.
  • Reporting incidents and misconducts to Central Office-HRD's Legal Affairs person is also required.
  • Providing accessible and timely data as required by management is an essential part of the role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective negotiation, communication and drafting/writing skills.
  • Ability to handle a team.
  • Expertise in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Flexible travel to other cities may be required.
