Key Accountabilities
  • Manage relationships with main distributors and retailers regularly.
  • Meet monthly debtor targets as agreed with RSM.
  • Reduce overdue accounts as per agreement with RSM.
  • Develop strategies with RSM to reduce cheque bouncing, aiming at targets.
  • Ensure all customer/dealer account statements are signed monthly.
  • Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet sales targets.
  • Verify weekly reports submitted by DSRs.
  • Motivate the sales team; travel regularly to different locations to meet team members.
  • Monitor market issues and communicate solutions promptly to RSM.
  • Obtain formal approval from RSM for discounts (monthly, annual schemes) and communicate clearly to the trade team and customers.
  • Inform customers about ongoing foreign schemes offered by the company.
  • Install post machines as agreed with RSM and the Marketing team.
  • Align the team's mindset with the company's financial and commercial objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership, ensure compliance with corporate governance, values, and HSE standards.
Experience
  • 5-7 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, sometimes on short notice.
  • Responsible, diligent, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including advanced features.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
