Key Accountabilities- Manage relationships with main distributors and retailers regularly.
- Meet monthly debtor targets as agreed with RSM.
- Reduce overdue accounts as per agreement with RSM.
- Develop strategies with RSM to reduce cheque bouncing, aiming at targets.
- Ensure all customer/dealer account statements are signed monthly.
- Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet sales targets.
- Verify weekly reports submitted by DSRs.
- Motivate the sales team; travel regularly to different locations to meet team members.
- Monitor market issues and communicate solutions promptly to RSM.
- Obtain formal approval from RSM for discounts (monthly, annual schemes) and communicate clearly to the trade team and customers.
- Inform customers about ongoing foreign schemes offered by the company.
- Install post machines as agreed with RSM and the Marketing team.
- Align the team's mindset with the company's financial and commercial objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership, ensure compliance with corporate governance, values, and HSE standards.
- 5-7 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to travel to various locations, sometimes on short notice.
- Responsible, diligent, with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including advanced features.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
