Job Specification

Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts is vital for closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold enables sales professionals to address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and highlight key selling points.

Time Management: Sales roles often involve managing multiple leads and accounts simultaneously. Effective time management skills help in prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity.

Resilience and Persistence: Rejection is common in sales, so resilience and the ability to persist in the face of challenges are crucial for maintaining motivation and achieving success.
