We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
  1. The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Linux/VCS and work as a Subject Matter Expert for the production support team.
  2. Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide permanent fixes.
  3. Investigate and provide solutions to Server performance related issues.
  4. Lead Unix team in crisis calls, participate in MIR and PIR calls, also mentor team members.
  5. Experience and expertise in maintaining complex High Availability & Replication setups.
  6. Provide consultancy for complex setups and Disaster Recovery.
  7. Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes.
