Turnotech is hiring a Business Strategy & Operations Lead at Head Office Islamabad — a key role responsible for driving strategy execution, aligning operational goals, and enhancing organizational communication. The position works closely with the Managing Director on high-impact initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities through effective coordination and timely execution of key initiatives
  • Track KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive accountability across departments
  • Develop and present dashboards, review materials, and strategic insights to support leadership decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams on financial, operational, and commercial matters to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Draft strategic memos, business reports, and executive-level communication to support planning and direction
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) on high-level business matters
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and contribute insights on organizational direction
  • Monitor risk areas in projects and operations, and recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain oversight of ongoing initiatives and ensure governance through structured reporting
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with a high level of integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in business coordination, strategy execution, or corporate affairs within Telecom/IT or similar sectors
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in dashboards, performance tracking, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure their timely implementation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements
