Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, conducting training and development sessions, and maintaining positive employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will also handle conflict resolution, support organizational development initiatives, and ensure a productive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Performance Management, Training and Development, Conflict Resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
