Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with aluminum dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth market operations in the assigned city. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard new aluminum dealers in the assigned region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Address dealer concerns and provide after-sales support.

2. Sales & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers and potential clients.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability and proper display at dealer locations.

3. Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the GM Sales.
  • Gather market feedback and share insights for business improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Training & Product Knowledge

  • Educate dealers about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealers and their staff on selling techniques.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and new product launches.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in aluminum, construction, or industrial materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
