Lead & manage the sourcing operations to ensure successful execution of product programs to meet brands' requirements. Develop & implement sourcing strategies that meet or exceed company objectives, achieve cost effectiveness, drive growth, and ensure timely delivery of products. Foster strong and effective relationships with all vendors to achieve the desired outcomes in key performance indicators.

• Costing & Special Projects: Ensure costing is submitted under the guidelines of PD & Management with a focus on ongoing priorities. Meet deadlines. Manage cost savings and all KPIs. Understand supplier capabilities and present solutions that reduce lead time, provide savings, and create value propositions in terms of products & processes. Maintain an amicable relationship of trust and respect with suppliers.
• Bulk Production: Monitor vendor performance with updated supplier profiles and periodic assessments. Ensure bulk placements align with lead times and capacities. Resolve supply chain issues proactively. Liaise with mills, suppliers, support departments, trims suppliers, and production development for bulk execution. Monitor operational status on the ground to identify bottlenecks early. Coordinate with FE & PI teams on bulk issues to resolve them. Ensure on-time delivery by tracking development, pre-production, and bulk production. Assist Managers in creating specific reports and in training suppliers on LS&Co. systems.
• Production Planning: Update vendor capacities weekly and monthly for assigned brands and segments. Compare established capacities with planned placements to ensure accurate delivery dates. Update garment and fabric lead-times in LS&Co. templates and compare vendor-provided lead-times. Minimize MOQ upcharges and liabilities through effective planning, negotiation, and cross-sourcing via vendor coordination.
• Product Development: Liaise with fabric and quality teams to ensure fabric and garment quality per LS&Co. specifications. Track development of prototypes, commercial samples, and ad samples at the start of each season. Initiate PERR meetings between vendor, finishing, quality, and SSM to highlight new developments. Initiate and track pre-production approvals (Size Sets, Finishes, Shade Bands, First Off Production) for new season products or changes in specifications. Provide required resources in a timely manner to ensure on-time submissions in the approval process.
• Control: Aid Quality and Finishing teams to resolve bulk production issues promptly. Implement and standardize LS&Co. SOPs, protocols, and processes. Help implement new processes/systems across vendors. Coordinate with vendors, IT, and third-party logistics teams to ensure accurate and transparent data in Levi's systems. Deliver strong customer service through quick responses, efficient problem solving, and market intelligence.
• Other Roles & Responsibilities: Coach and motivate team members; manage resources to develop an effective and flexible team. Help develop short- and long-term sourcing strategies for RTM to support brand strategy and business needs. Support sustainability goals, including worker well-being, fair labor practices, certifications, and process optimization controls. Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Textile.
• Experience: 7–8 years of professional experience with a Denim supplier or liaison office in Pakistan. Demonstrates maturity, resilience, strong ethics, integrity, and responsibility.
• Functional Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and lead people; quick to learn with high initiative.
