Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Seeking a proactive technical talent acquisition specialist to source and secure top-tier talent. Leverage the organization's competency matrix to drive full-cycle recruitment, ensuring alignment with business goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and competency requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies through different platforms.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through talent mapping and passive outreach.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems for end-to-end recruitment workflow.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics to track metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on trends and talent availability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on expertise with major ATS platforms and integrations.
  • Strong command of utilizing hiring platforms and social recruiting.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting.
