Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented procurement specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and be able to effectively source and evaluate suppliers.

This role involves working closely with international suppliers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely sourcing of parts and equipment for various industries. The successful candidate will be proactive in problem-solving, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare cost comparison reports.
  • Manage purchase requests and assist in the preparation of RFQs and RFPs.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and shipping terms under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics teams and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential alternative suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with project needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes, RFQs/RFPs, and international trade terms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work under supervision and in cross-functional teams.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST)
