We're hiring a Software Support Specialist to help clients install, activate, and troubleshoot premium software like Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Antivirus tools. You'll ensure smooth setup, resolve issues quickly, and keep customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure & activate licensed software.
  • Troubleshoot errors and activation issues.
  • Provide remote & on-site technical support.
  • Guide clients on best usage practices.
  • Keep records of support requests & solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in software installation & troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS.
  • Familiarity with remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
