What do you get to do in this position?
- Achieve Schneider-Electric "Services Sales" development objectives, sales, and profitability, manage and coordinate the portfolio of large End-User accounts and opportunities for Pakistan Services Organization.
- Meet individual & team sales targets and report the necessary activities and information on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Create and follow-up a solid pipeline of all types of service offers (including maintenance contracts, modernization projects, spare parts, and on-demand delivery) for his/her End-User customers.
- Create and follow-up a solid pipeline for "digital" services offers (including predictive maintenance contracts, Schneider-Electric EcoStruxure portfolio) for his/her End-User customers.
- Increase market penetration by visiting existing customers regularly and expanding the customer portfolio with a hunter approach for new/potential customers in the market.
- Manage customer requests and investigate the needs of customers to position the service model for each account while approaching his/her customers with an "account management" model.
- Organize presentations and seminars for the necessary products and solution introductions in the assigned territory/customer group.
- Work closely with other functions in the Services organization as well as with other Business Units in the whole company to identify and qualify leads continuously.

- Minimum 5 years of equivalent work experience.
- Strong executor of deployment plans.
- Experience and know-how on how to sell to End-Users with an account management approach.
- Knowledge of MV-LV products/solutions and ability to sell/promote digital services offers.
- Strong and confident sales management style with solid written and verbal skills.
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer and internal & external stakeholders.
- Good level of verbal and written English.
- Willingness to win for our customers in a professional sales team.
- Desire to work in a high-performance sales environment with an aggressive sales incentive program.
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task, and learn new skills quickly.
