Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Karachi. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, develop business strategies, conduct market research, and work closely with sales and marketing teams. The role includes meeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Skills in Market Research, Networking, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to create and implement business plans and strategies
- Experience in IT Services and Solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
