We're hiring a sharp, driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition across our expanding service lines. This is a multi-faceted role that goes beyond traditional sales — you'll be handling everything from strategic outreach to closing high-value B2B deals, while working closely with leadership to shape how we grow. What You'll Do

Lead a Multi-Faceted Sales Function

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: research, outreach, relationship-building, pitching, closing, and handoff.
  • Navigate across multiple services and client segments, adapting your strategy to suit each case.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-potential clients, especially through non-traditional but high-conversion platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, and industry-specific communities.

Drive High-Value Conversions

  • Close high-ticket deals by understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and follow-ups to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate tracking via CRM tools and continuously refine your process for better outcomes.

Be a Strategic Partner, Not Just a Seller

  • Act as a key link between potential clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth handoff to operations and alignment on expectations.
  • Share feedback from conversations to help improve offerings and positioning.
  • Stay ahead of trends in tech, ecommerce, crypto, and online services to better align with client goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (services or digital industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of how to sell value, not just features.
  • Fluent English and confident communication across written, verbal, and video formats.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Insightly, or similar).
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a multi-faceted, fast-changing environment.
  • Must be based in Karachi — this is an onsite role.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AR/VR, XR, or web-based interactive projects.
  • Familiarity with digital agencies, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.
  • Experience navigating deal cycles with clients in crypto, ecommerce, or tech sectors.
