Global Tech Innovations is a leading technology company seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in sales coordination, vendor management, and marketing.

Job Summary:

GTI is seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience to support our core operations by managing administrative processes, documentation, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth internal workflow. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency in sales, procurement, logistics, certification compliance, and business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:Responsibilities:
  1. Vendor & Client Coordination:
    Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth procurement and delivery.
    Manage the customer registration process by maintaining accurate documentation including records and follow-ups.
    Coordinate with international and local partners as required.
    Visiting client premises upon requirements.
  2. Procurement & Logistics Support:
    Track and manage order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory updates.
    Assist in logistics partner evaluation for cost optimization.
    Maintain a database of potential logistics and procurement vendors.
  3. Administrative & Documentation Management:
    Maintain and update certification documents and compliance records.
    Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all operational documents.
  4. Business & Operational Support:
    Assist the business development team with reporting and data entry.
    Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and business proposals.
    Provide general back-office support to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
Other Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Performance Matrix:
  • Accuracy & timeliness in managing documents and records.
  • Efficiency in handling procurement and logistics coordination.
  • Vendor and client response time and overall process optimization.
  • Successful execution of operational tasks with minimal delays.
Education:

Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
