School Principal

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced school principal to lead our institution in Amreek Singh, near Mustafabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting high standards of learning and teaching, recruiting and retaining quality teachers, and developing a culture of mutual respect and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote evidence-based learning and teaching practices across key performance indicators.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality teachers.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful school community, motivating students and teachers to learn and improve.
Academic Focus:
  • Develop and implement teacher selection processes.
  • Design and execute school improvement plans based on needs analysis.
  • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planning and observations.
  • Enhance teacher quality through demo sessions and feedback.
  • Track student performance through assessments and test papers.
  • Oversee co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, libraries, and resource management.
  • Organize training sessions and on-the-job training for faculty.
  • Conduct transparent and timely evaluations.
  • Motivate teachers and focus on retention.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Build relationships with the local community to promote education and encourage enrollment.
  • Maintain student enrollment through outreach and strategic efforts.
  • Coordinate staff hiring, retention, and performance management with HR.
  • Establish and maintain school discipline, promoting positive character development.
  • Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize classroom disruptions.
  • Supervise administrative staff and manage school finances accurately.
  • Ensure building maintenance and utility services are managed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with supervisors on policy compliance and report submission.
Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must reside in Sarhali Khurd, Waigal, Lakhneke, Katlohi, Rahimabad, Wadana, Mustafabad, Grinkot, or nearby areas.
