Job Purpose

To contribute to the growth and profitability of GlaxoSmithKline through processing of Tablet products, in accordance with the compliance of GlaxoSmithKline code of GMP and to fulfill the local regulatory requirements, using all available resources to maximize the company's advantage and customer satisfaction.

Education, Experience & Skills
  • Pharm-D or B-Pharm graduate preferred.
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships for effective collaboration and communication.
  • Proactive in resolving challenges while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
  • Experience in leading and training teams to foster growth and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Discuss daily planning and work schedules with Department Head and supervise operations in Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, and Coating.
  • Ensure follow-up of production activities as per schedule to achieve site goals.
  • Support other functions by providing assistance and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Supervise manufacturing operations in the Production Department.
  • Maintain all relevant records to ensure timely delivery of batch-related documents.
  • Prepare and complete documentation related to dispensing and manufacturing, including material receipt, checking, reconciliation, and SAP data posting.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and coordinate with Engineering for equipment maintenance.
  • Attend EHS, QMS, and GMP training to enhance professional and technical knowledge.
  • Ensure GMP and QMS compliance within the department by applying GQMPs and ensuring QMS is in place and utilized.
  • Provide in-house training on SOPs and BMRs to relevant staff.
