About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing and filling operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production operations to meet timely delivery of products, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Optimize resource utilization to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation records of production orders.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and implementation best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including formulation, compounding, mixing, granulation, coating, and packaging.
  • Ability to monitor product standards and implement quality control procedures (QA/QC).
  • Familiarity with batch manufacturing records (BMR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Compliance with relevant authorities, such as DRAP and ISO.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in pharmaceutical settings.
Communication & Teamwork:
  • Effective communication with QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
Computer Literacy:
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems or production management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
