Job Description:

An award-winning UK-based tutoring company is looking for a Deputy Marketing Manager to join its Karachi office in DHA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to contribute to a fast-growing EdTech making a real impact in education.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, especially in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
  • Hands-on experience with digital ads, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong skills in social media marketing, content writing, and design thinking with the ability to craft compelling campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Zapier and HubSpot
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A willingness to learn and adapt within the UK's EdTech and tutoring landscape

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive key business KPIs
  • Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, podcasts, webinars, articles, and blogs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders around the world to ensure seamless execution of marketing deliverables
  • Conduct market research on the tutoring and EdTech industry, staying updated with trends and best practices
  • Support the Head of GTM with daily tasks and assist in creating detailed marketing performance reports

Job Specification:
  • Digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics and Reporting
  • Copywriting: Persuasive and creative content writing for blogs, socials and more.
  • Design thinking: Ability to work with and lead the web and graphic designer (Basic know-how of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere)
  • Technical soundness: Hands-on with Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Google Slides and email marketing tools like MailChimp or MailerLite
