ACT Polyols Private Limited Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager – Quality Control to join our team at our Nooriabad plant. This role involves leading Quality Control operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement in product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, implement, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with recognized standards.

- Ensure smooth operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of HPLC, GC, and other laboratory instruments.

- Supervise quality testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for process and product improvement.

- Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ALCOA, GMP, GDP, GLP, and other quality tools.

- Manage and investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality and food safety systems.

Requirements

- Education: BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 5–7 years within the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sector.
