Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Deputy Manager at AGI Denim, located in Karāchi. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and coordinating between different departments. This role includes supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
  • Proficiency in production management and quality control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of denim manufacturing processes and sustainability practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry is a plus
