IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Support business growth by acquiring new customers and providing administrative services, identifying areas to increase revenue.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Expand customer base and generate business across all sales channels in your territory.
  • Meet targets for order generation and installations.
  • Manage RD's & FSA's to achieve targets on time and uphold quality standards.
  • Coordinate with operations for timely installations.
  • Monitor sales team activities and field management.
  • Increase awareness through retail activities, seminars, and roadshows.
  • Support channels with productivity and stock availability.
  • Visit at least 20 outlets daily as per the journey plan.
  • Know your retailers and identify network expansion areas.
  • Achieve regional and area scorecard targets.
  • Adhere to company principles and policies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • BBA or MBA (minimum 16 years education)
  • Certification in Selling is a plus.

Experience:

  • Sales & distribution experience.
  • Managing stakeholders.
  • Sales strategy and product knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and customer focus.
  • Coaching and data-driven decisions.
