Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and responsive websites using Elementor and WordPress.
• Create websites that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.
• Set up and configure backend functionalities using Elementor within WordPress websites.
• Implement and customize Elementor templates based on client requirements and Elementor Modern-web best practices.
• Communicate cross-functionally to understand website requirements and customer preferences.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and incorporate customer feedback.
• Conduct testing to ensure the website functions correctly across different environments.
• Provide training to internal team members on how to use and update their websites through Elementor.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices related to Elementor and Wordpress, and web development in general.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a equivalent experience is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio can also be considered.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Elementor and its features, including the ability to create custom templates and widgets.
• Proven experience in web design and development, with a focus on using Elementor for WordPress projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous websites built with Elementor and demonstrating a range of design styles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues within Elementor or the overall website.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, understand their requirements, and explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality website development that align with customer needs.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously using systems like Zoho and JIRA.
• A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and meet customer expectations.
• Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments. Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving shared goals.
