Assistant Recruitment Manager at IdeasUnlimited, LLC.IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a Accounts Coordinators from Pakistan to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career level and REMOTE (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide support for project coordination.
- Support in resolving project-related issues between clients and workers.
- Assist in project trainings as per requirement.
- Assistance in current client interviews.
- Social Media Management:
a) Adding active clients to the relevant social media profiles.
b) Engaging with active and potential clients consistently.
c) Posting on the relevant profiles regularly.
- Writing content:
a) Writing 2 articles per month, driving traffic to CEO's personal profile as well as company's profile.
b) Writing 2 service-related articles per month driving traffic to company's profiles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in communication, marketing, or business.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in the English Language.
- Demonstrated experience in providing assistance with project coordination, client management, training and issue resolution.
- Experienced in social media management, with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
- Proficient in research and content writing.
- Prior working experience in either call center or staffing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience with international client based out of the USA, Canada and Europe.
- Good understanding of call center and BPO terminologies i.e. VOIP, Customer Support Agent, QA etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.
- Excellent client-facing, negotiations and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
SCHEDULE: Full-time and part-time shifts are available:
·Full-time schedule: 5 PM to 1 AM Pakistan Standard Time with a 1-hour break (Monday to Friday).
·Part-time schedule: 7 PM to 12 AM Pakistan Standard Time with a 1-hour break (Monday to Friday).
COMPENSATION:
- Market competitive salary, depending on experience and skill set.
- Quarterly sales commission.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
- Please note that you will be employed as an Independent Contractor and will be responsible for your own taxes as required by your country of origin.
- As this is a remote position, the entire recruitment and selection process is done remotely via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
- If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
- The position does offer the comfort of working from home but demands the same efficiency, productivity, and professionalism as in an office setting in the industry.
