We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Creative & Digital Media Associate. This is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to build their careers in content creation, social media management, and brand design. The first 3 months will be a structured learning phase where you will be trained across multiple functions, after which you will progressively take charge of our digital presence and creative outputs.
Responsibilities:- Support in designing social media posts, stories, reels, and other creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Assist in building social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with brand messaging.
- Draft and post engaging, original content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to develop campaign ideas for outreach, events, and alumni engagement.
- Take ownership of basic brand design tasks (e.g., templates, decks, posters, brochures).
- Monitor engagement, collect insights, and recommend adjustments to improve digital impact.
