We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Creative & Digital Media Associate. This is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to build their careers in content creation, social media management, and brand design. The first 3 months will be a structured learning phase where you will be trained across multiple functions, after which you will progressively take charge of our digital presence and creative outputs.

Responsibilities:
  • Support in designing social media posts, stories, reels, and other creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Assist in building social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with brand messaging.
  • Draft and post engaging, original content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to develop campaign ideas for outreach, events, and alumni engagement.
  • Take ownership of basic brand design tasks (e.g., templates, decks, posters, brochures).
  • Monitor engagement, collect insights, and recommend adjustments to improve digital impact.
  • Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and digital storytelling innovations.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital and offline materials.

  • A keen interest in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, and brand design.
  • Basic familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred — or willingness to learn fast).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft crisp, audience-centric posts and captions.
  • Curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
