Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond promptly to service issues and user requests.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.
• Assist in maintaining the inventory of all IT hardware and software.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Support in IT documentation, user manuals, and procedures.
• Assist in implementing new technology solutions as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement or technical support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship experience in IT support or networking is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
